Cityscape "Rush Hour": City Of Sims Region

This region replaces London, a slightly modified Maxis Region with water for realism. Joining this cityscape requires Simcity 4: "Rush Hour". Updates to the screenshot and city downloads will be each weekend. In the next few weeks if there are more requests to join, another map will be added.
